Turns out that the Danes really like snail shaped things. They love their Wednesday snails (Onsdagssnegle), a cinnamon roll that is only made on Wednesdays at Sankt Peder’s Bageri. Basically, a “snail” can refer to any spiral shaped object. One of these such things is at the Amager Strand beach, and it leads up to two different jumping platforms. These platforms are very high, and offer quite a rush of adrenaline prompted by jumping off. Especially at night in the dark.
